What We Do — And How We Do It

Three core service lines, each with a clear process and a fixed point of contact.

Pulsecbeta organises its work into three service lines that emerged directly from client demand over the first two years of operation. Rather than offering everything to everyone, we focus on services we can execute consistently well: scheduled appointments for personal and professional matters, on-demand and recurring product supply to homes and offices across Nairobi, and bespoke service packages for organisations that need regular support without hiring in-house staff. Each engagement starts with a written brief, includes at least one progress update, and closes with a completion report. If a request falls outside our three lines, we will tell you candidly rather than overpromise.

Our Three Service Lines

Select the service that matches your need — or contact us if your situation spans more than one.

Appointments

We coordinate personal and professional appointments on your behalf, including scheduling, reminders, follow-up documentation, and rescheduling if circumstances change. Ideal for busy professionals who need a reliable point of contact in the Nairobi CBD. Sessions can be booked for the same week with 48-hour notice.

Product Supply

Pulsecbeta sources, verifies, and delivers products to addresses across Nairobi — from stationery and office consumables to specialised equipment. We work with vetted local suppliers and carry out a quality check before dispatch. Delivery within Nairobi typically takes two to four business days; expedited options are available.

Service Packages

For organisations that need sustained support, our quarterly and annual service packages provide a dedicated coordinator, priority scheduling, bulk pricing on products, and monthly activity summaries. A minimum three-month commitment applies. We currently support fourteen organisations across Nairobi's Upperhill, Westlands, and Kilimani districts.

Common Questions About Our Services

Straightforward answers to what clients ask us most often before their first booking.

How far in advance must I book an appointment?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for standard appointments. For same-day or next-day requests, please call us directly on +254 712 345678 — we accommodate urgent bookings when capacity allows, though we cannot guarantee availability without advance notice.

Do you deliver products outside Nairobi?

Our standard delivery zone covers Nairobi and its immediate satellite towns — Kiambu, Thika, and Athi River. Deliveries to other Kenyan locations can be arranged through a third-party courier partner; lead times and costs vary by destination and we will confirm these before you commit.

Can I pay in instalments for a service package?

Yes. For quarterly and annual packages, we accept a 50% deposit on signing with the balance due at the midpoint of the agreement. All payments are processed via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cheque. We do not accept cash for package agreements.

What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?

We contact you within one business day of discovering a stock issue and present three options: a comparable substitute product, a backorder with a confirmed lead time, or a full refund. We never dispatch a substitute without your written approval first.

“We signed a quarterly package in January 2024 and it has reduced our procurement headache considerably. The monthly activity report alone saves our finance team two days of reconciliation. The coordinator assigned to us responds within two hours — faster than some of our own internal staff.”

— Grace Muthoni, Finance Director — Kilimani
